Today I was at Southern Eye Clinic for Animals from 8:40 till 5:25. We saw the patients throughout the day, and then at around 4 an emergency glaucoma case came in and we had to do a CBA on it (pictured above). A CBA is an injection that causes and eye to stop producing fluid this causes the pressure to drop, and the dog to become comfortable. In order to inject the eye, it must be first drained a little. My brother told me that after I graduate from vet school I should go work there because I love it there so much even though I don't want to specialize in ophthalmology. I told everyone at the office this, and they said they will change the name to Southern Eye Clinic for Animals and More!
